MR RaYMONd lUM KwaN SUNG is the Executive
Chairman of Lum Chang Holdings Limited (LCH),
a position he has held since 1984. With 40 years of business
experience, Mr Lum’s visionary leadership has seen the
Group through diversification, successful business alliances
and timely corporate moves, leading to its present focus on
construction and property development, both locally and
overseas. In particular, Mr Lum has been instrumental in

construction firm in Singapore.

MR daVId lUM KOK SeNG is the Managing Director
of LCH. His dynamic entrepreneurial leadership coupled
with more than 40 years of industry experience have led
Lum Chang towards increasing its footprint, affirming it as
a strong and trusted local construction brand known for
quality and reliability. Mr Lum has also successfully led the
expansion of the Group’s property development activities in
Singapore and Malaysia.
His insightful market knowledge, strategic business contacts
and relentless entrepreneurial drive have significantly
contributed to the development of the Group and will
continue to drive the Group to achieve greater heights.

Mr. Kok Seng Lum, also known as David, serves as the Managing Director of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd. Mr. Lum has more than 30 years of experience in the property development and construction industry. He is instrumental in developing and expanding the hotel and serviced residence businesses of LCDL Group. His valuable inputs, wide business contacts, immense knowledge and experience and entrepreneurial skills have provided both the LCH and LCDL Groups with strategic business alliances and opportunities and contributed to the development of the Groups. He served as the Managing Director of LC Development Ltd. ("LCDL") since 1990. He served as Executive Chairman of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd., since July 27, 2011. Mr. Lum has been the Executive Chairman of LC Development Ltd., since August 1, 2011. Mr. Lum serves as a Director of LC Development Ltd. since 1990. Mr. Kwan Sung Lum, also known as Raymond, has been an Executive Chairman at Lum Chang Holdings Ltd. ("LCH") since 1984. Mr. Lum has over 30 years of experience in Lum Chang Holdings Limited Group. He has spearheaded the Group's diversification from construction to property development and investment, hotel management and ownership, stock broking and leisure businesses. Mr. Lum has been a Director of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd., since September 18, 1982; Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd; Lum Chang Development Private Limited; Lum Chang (China) Investments Limited; Leadale Property (Pte) Ltd.; Lum Chang Securities Pte Ltd.; Oxford Gardens Pte Ltd.; Lum Chang Corporation Pte Ltd.; Lum Chang (Suzhou) Investments Pte Ltd.; Lum Chang Sdn Berhad; Glaxton Trading Pte Ltd.; NLC Construction Pte Ltd.; Boon Lay Executive Condominiums Pte Ltd; Binjai Holdings Pte Ltd and Singapore-Suzhou Township Development Pte Ltd. Mr. Lum is actively involved in social work and was awarded the Public Service Medal (Pingkat Bakti Masharat) in 1982. Mr. Lum holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of London, United Kingdom.

Mr Tan Wey Pin joined LCBC in 2003 and was subsequently
appointed Executive Director in 2007. Mr Tan was promoted to
Managing Director of LCBC in 2010 and as Head of Construction,
is responsible for managing the company’s business as well as
spearheading its growth.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the
University of New South Wales, Australia. He has over 20 years
of construction industry experience, during which he managed
a number of complex and large-scale projects in both civil and
building works.

Mr. Tan Wey Pin serves as Head of Construction of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd., and has been its Managing Director of Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd since 2010. Mr. Tan served as General Manager of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd., since June 2006 and strategises overall business policy and direction and to oversee its management and operations. He joined Lum Chang Holdings as Senior Manager in July 2003 and also served as its Deputy General Manager since October 2005. He has amassed a wealth of experience in managing mega-sized projects in both civil and building works. He served as Executive Director of Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd of Lum Chang Holdings Ltd. since January 2007. He has worked in several building and construction companies in Singapore. A graduate with a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

Mr Adrian Lum Wen Hong joined LCH in 2006 and currently serves as
Director, Business Development.
Mr Lum graduated in 2001 with a Master’s Degree in Engineering
with First Class Honours from the Imperial College of London,
United Kingdom, and was awarded the Governor’s Meng Prize for
academic excellence.

Mr Pang Sang Choi serves as Director, Property Development, heading
development projects in Malaysia and Singapore. Mr Pang’s previous
employment was at LC Dev where he led the Malaysian team, providing
project management services to the LCH Group’s developments
in Malaysia.
Mr Pang, a professional engineer, graduated from the University of
Canterbury (NZ) with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering, and is a
member of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore.

Mr Chong Soon Teck, General Manager, Commercial, first joined
LCBC in 1983 as Quantity Surveyor. As Head of the Commercial Unit,
he oversees the business development, administration, purchasing as
well as contracts departments.
With almost 30 years of experience in the construction industry,
Mr Chong has had a hand in many of the company’s major
construction projects.
